How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase, simply browse our online store, add the items you'd like to buy to your cart, and follow the checkout process. You'll need to provide your shipping and payment information. Once you've completed the checkout process, you'll receive an order confirmation email.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
After completing the checkout process, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. This email will include your order number, a summary of the items you've purchased, and shipping details.
Can I change my shipping address after my order is placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible at Fadi.ab90@gmail.com if you need to change your shipping address. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped. However, please note that we may not be able to make changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Dubai. We're working hard to be able to ship worldwide.
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to ship orders promptly. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
How long will it take until I receive my order?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. For domestic orders, please allow 3-6 business days for delivery. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.
